It has been so hot and humid here the last several days and I am soooooo ready for fall! I wasn’t going to do fall in my shop for a few more weeks, but maybe if I do it now, it will feel cooler out there. So, new merchandise debut for this Woo-Hoo Wednesday will include some really cool fall stuff. I have big round metal hand-painted wall art, several different styles and sizes of pumpkins, prints for your walls and some beauteous fall florals. But that’s not all.
The major attraction of this Woo-Hoo Wednesday is a trunk show by yarn artist Annette Skrukrud.
She (and dh Arnie) recently returned to her home state of Minnesota after spending her entire adult career as wife of one, mom of two, nanna of four and RN to many in Wisconsin. (Sick people in Eau Claire are missing her even as we speak.) Annette will show you her glorious hand-knit and knit/felted creations which include afghans, scarves, handbags, totes, chickens and sheep. Yup, that’s right, farm animals. I can write three more paragraphs about felted bags, but you really should just come and see them. Oh ya, there’s even a purple hedgehog in the barn yard!
Please come to Woo-Hoo Wednesday for good treats, great new merchandise, a fab trunk show and to welcome
Marge, the Granny
